3. Forms of Payments:

We accept payments through Cash, Credit & Debit, Checks, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal, ensuring a convenient transaction process for our clients.

4. Absence and Cancellation Policies:

In the event of absence, please notify us 24 hours in advance to reschedule your session. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a forfeiture of the session fee.

5. Supplies:

Students are required to bring their necessary materials to each session. Our tutors may recommend additional resources or materials based on the individual needs of the student.

6. Private Tutoring:

All sessions are private and confidential. We uphold the confidentiality of the information shared during tutoring sessions and maintain strict privacy standards.

7. Refund Policy:

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, primarily in situations where the service provided does not meet the standards agreed upon. Please contact us directly to discuss any concerns about the service.

8. Digital and Social Media Policy:

Genius Wizards Academy may capture photographs or make audio and video recordings during the program. These visual and audio materials may be used in original or edited forms across all present and future media for promotional, educational, or fundraising purposes. The privacy of our students is a priority, and we commit to never publicizing any children’s names in association with these materials.
